What We Hold

The data involved falls into two buckets. Passively collected: log and analytics information — IP address, device and browser — about the connection used to reach glowinlayers.com, and the path taken through the site. Actively provided: an email address for the mailing list, comment details, or the contents of a message to us.

We use confirmed (double) opt-in for the mailing list, so nobody is subscribed by mistake or by someone else. Unsubscribe links and our postal address appear in every email, and we do not sell or rent the list.

Age and This Site

This site is written for adults. It is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets that threshold), we do not knowingly collect data from them, and if we learn we have, we delete it.
